1. Personal information collected

We, SPEEDY QUID may collect the following information relating to your loan application and loan agreement with Us.

  • name and address
  • e-mail address
  • telephone numbers home and work
  • mobile number
  • work details including address and telephone number
  • details relating to loan agreement with us

This information is required to fulfil your loan application and loan agreement.  We may also use this information to provide you with updates on your account and additional services and special offers that we feel may be of interest from our carefully selected marketing partners.  Details of our marketing partners are available by emailing us at customerservices@SPEEDYQUID.com

 
2. Use of this information

 This information will be used in order to:

  • deal with your application
  • provide you with a quotation
  • supply you with relevant information
  • provide you with additional financial and loan advice

3. Sharing this information

 3.1 This information will be used by us to manage your account and keep you updated on changes and new products.  Occasionally we will share your contact information with our marketing partners, all of whom are carefully selected by us, when we believe they have products and services that we believe may be of interest to you based on your relationship with us.

3.2 If you do not wish us to share your personal information with
companies within our group of selected marketing partners please email us indicating that you wish to “Opt-Out”. Further details are set out in our privacy policy.

4. Security and retention of your personal information

We are committed to the 8 principles of The Data Protection Act whereby your personal data is:

Speedy Quid as responsible data managers are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (UK Gov).  We use all industry accepted good practice to maintain the security of the data we hold.  This includes but is not limited to data encryption, firewalls and all current security technology to protect our servers and website.  Data is stored on PCI compliant servers hosted in the US where data management is subject to similar rigorous requirements as prescribed by the European Union.

 5. Access to your personal information under the Section 7(1) of the Data Protection Act 1998. 

To request details of your personal information as held by us and including any credit reference agencies we may receive or send information to; please apply in writing to The Customer Services Manager at SPEEDY QUID.  The address is shown on Contact Us page.

Please note when making this request we shall require the following from you:

-Two forms of identification – This can be two recent utility bills showing your name and address and these will be returned to you.

-An administration fee of £10.
